Sample checks
Open and close the box repeatedly; check magnetic alignment, hinge fold, lid clearance, component removal and whether the finished set stays stable when the box is handled upright. These are physical checks, not assumptions from a flat drawing.

The layout can be planned for a single bottle and accessory, 2–3 coordinated products, or a 6–8 vial discovery set. The practical capacity depends on the finished component dimensions, spacing required for removal and the desired overall gift-box size.
How is the magnet selected for a perfume gift set?
The closure is tested on the sample with the selected wrapped board, insert and finished components inside. This confirms flap alignment and closure feel without relying on a magnet specification alone.
Can a magnetic perfume box include an EVA insert?
Yes. A custom EVA or foam cavity can be used where a premium, defined presentation and stable bottle position are required. A paperboard or moulded-pulp direction can also be reviewed based on the set and material preference.
Does a magnetic rigid box provide shipping protection?
The rigid box is primarily a presentation pack. For courier or export delivery, plan a separate corrugated shipper and suitable protection around the completed gift box.
