THE COMPANY JOURNEY
Our growth has followed the needs of custom packaging projects: first mastering handcrafted presentation boxes, then bringing critical production steps closer together, and finally building the communication needed to serve international brands.
THE FOUNDATION
LUXTON PACK began with simple gift boxes and handcrafted rigid boxes. At this stage, printing and surface finishing were coordinated with specialist external partners.
A MORE INTEGRATED WORKSHOP
After relocating, the workshop added printing and surface-finishing equipment. This brought more of the visible production route into the factory and closer to the box-making team.
INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION
A dedicated overseas business department was established to support clearer packaging conversations with international buyers, from early brief to production coordination.
CAPABILITY WITH A PRACTICAL START
Today, a 5,000 sqm Dongguan factory and 50+ person team support rigid boxes, cartons, corrugated packaging, inserts and finish-led projects from a starting MOQ of 100 pieces.
WHAT THE FACTORY CAN CONTROL
We do not treat every box as the same production task. The relevant controls are set around the structure, materials, visible finish, insert and the journey the pack needs to make after it leaves the factory.
Magnetic boxes, drawer boxes, lid-and-base boxes and specialty presentations where corner construction, wrap alignment, opening and fitted inserts shape the final experience.
Retail cartons and product boxes where graphics, cut lines, folds, glue areas and packing speed all need to work together around the actual product.
Mailers, shippers and outer protection where flute choice, closure, internal arrangement and packing condition need to match the delivery journey.
Paperboard, EVA, foam or velvet insert directions plus foil, embossing, lamination and other visible details planned against the approved sample.
A FACTORY-DIRECT PROCESS
Packaging is not simply a box shape. It must protect the product, communicate the brand and arrive ready for sale. Our team helps turn the product dimensions, presentation goal and delivery requirements into a workable specification.
For brands in Europe, North America and the Middle East, this means a clear process: confirm the brief, make and approve a sample, then move into production with the agreed materials, finish and insert.

INSIDE THE WORKSHOP
Our workshop combines equipment-led processes with hands-on assembly. This is especially important for rigid boxes and gift packaging, where wrap alignment, corner construction, inserts and finishing details affect how the finished box feels in hand.
We plan sampling before bulk production so there is a physical reference for structure, colour direction, finish and fit.

These are the operations we use when the project specification calls for them. The right sequence depends on the box structure, material and chosen finish.
Applies protective or presentation layers where the selected finish requires it.
Creates cut and fold lines for cartons, wraps and packaging components.
Adds foil details when metallic branding is part of the approved artwork.

FACTORY & CAPABILITIES FAQ
Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We work with international buyers and discuss shipping requirements during quotation.
Our custom packaging MOQ starts from 100 pieces. The final quotation confirms the project specification, including any multiple designs, materials, printing and finish requirements.
Typical sample planning ranges from 2–8 working days and bulk production commonly takes 13–20 working days after specifications and approvals are confirmed. Shipping time is additional.
