COSMETIC BOTTLE RETAIL PACKAGING
Flat-packed retail cartons designed around serum, toner, lotion, oil and treatment bottles—before the dieline, print panels and closure are approved.
A cosmetic carton needs more than a good front panel. Bottle width, depth, total height, cap or pump profile, opening direction and mandatory information all compete for space. We plan the internal fit, external retail silhouette, folding lines, glue areas and artwork-safe panels as one production-ready pack.
*After the structure, artwork and materials are confirmed. Transit is additional.
BOTTLE-FIRST CARTON PLANNING
The bottle decides the carton before print begins. A narrow serum, a tall pump bottle and a short, wide cream bottle use different internal proportions, base support and information-panel space. Confirm the finished product first; then develop the folding carton around its real handling needs.
Assemble the sample from the final board and print direction; insert the finished bottle; check cap or pump clearance, base support, glue-area alignment, opening feel and whether key information stays legible after folding.

Cosmetic cartons become more accurate when physical components and commercial requirements are given together, before the dieline is finalised.
PRODUCT FAQ
These answers focus on folding cartons for cosmetic bottles. Use the support guide for artwork, payment, ordering and general production questions.
The internal size is planned from the finished bottle width, depth, total height and closure profile. Pump, spray or cap height, removal clearance and any insert are checked before the dieline is approved.
Tuck-end cartons suit many standard retail bottles. Auto-lock bottoms add support where the bottle is heavier, while other structures can be reviewed for hanging, shelf-ready or mailer needs.
Yes. A paperboard insert can help control a narrow bottle, separate an accessory or create a defined opening experience. The insert is designed with the carton and bottle together.
The folding carton is primarily the retail package. Parcel and export deliveries normally need a suitable corrugated shipper and packing method around the completed cartons.
