SKINCARE RETAIL PACKAGING
Custom serum cartons and presentation boxes developed around the finished bottle, dropper or pump height, and the level of protection the product needs.
For a single retail serum, a slim folding carton can keep the pack efficient and shelf-ready. For gifting, launch kits or heavier glass bottles, a fitted insert can control bottle position inside a rigid box. The right route starts with the actual bottle—not a generic insert size.
*After the structure, artwork and materials are confirmed. Transit is additional.
BOTTLE-FIRST PACKAGING
A serum pack has more to consider than its bottle diameter. The full height with dropper or pump, shoulder profile, cap overhang, label position and filled weight determine carton clearance, insert depth and the opening experience.
Use the filled, final bottle whenever possible. A sample should confirm bottle insertion, removal force, dropper clearance, carton closure and any transit protection needed outside the retail pack.

A final filled bottle gives the most dependable starting point. If it is not ready, a dimensioned drawing, bottle CAD file and clear photographs allow us to define the first sample direction.
PRODUCT FAQ
These answers focus on serum bottles and fitted inserts. Use the support guide for artwork, payment, ordering and general production questions.
Send the bottle width or diameter, depth, total height with the final dropper or pump, shoulder shape, filled weight and clear photos. These determine the carton clearance and whether a fitted insert is useful.
A light retail carton may only need appropriate board stiffness and carton clearance. An insert is more useful for premium gifting, multi-piece sets, heavier glass bottles or a presentation box where the bottle should remain in one defined position.
Yes. A die-cut paperboard platform or moulded-pulp direction can be reviewed where a fibre-based insert is appropriate. The final choice depends on bottle weight, shape, required hold and presentation target.
A retail carton is made for shelf presentation. For parcel or export shipment, plan a separate corrugated shipper and any required internal protection around the completed retail pack.
