FRAGILE PRODUCT MAILER PACKAGING
Protective mailers for glass mugs, bottles, jars, glassware and small sets—planned around the item, its movement and the delivery route.
For fragile glass, the mailer and its internal protection must work as one system. We start with the real item and build the outer mailer, divider cells, contact points, closure and void-control direction around it. The goal is a pack that assembles consistently, presents the product clearly and is suitable for its agreed delivery route.
*After the structure, artwork and materials are confirmed. Transit is additional.
PROTECTION STARTS WITH THE ITEM
A 1-piece mug, 2-bottle pair and 4-piece glassware set need different structures. The mailer dimensions, gap between items, internal divider height and closure position should be decided from the actual product—not chosen from a generic box size.
Pack the actual finished item; close the mailer; check each divider, edge clearance, item removal, base support and lid contact. The final pack should be assessed for its intended route and handling requirements.

A fragile product mailer must be based on the actual item and its delivery conditions, not only a product photo or approximate dimensions.
PRODUCT FAQ
These answers focus on corrugated mailers for fragile glass. Use the support guide for artwork, payment, ordering and general production questions.
The mailer is planned around the real glass item with an internal insert, divider or wrap direction that controls movement and keeps items separated. The suitable board and outer dimensions are confirmed during sampling.
Yes. A 2-piece or 4-piece mailer can use individual divider cells and protective spacing. The layout depends on finished dimensions, weight, delivery route and required presentation.
E, B, C and double-wall options have different profiles. The right selection depends on the product weight, desired print surface, stacking needs and delivery conditions; it is confirmed for the project rather than assumed from a product category.
It depends on the route and approved mailer specification. For some parcel or export orders, an additional outer carton, void-fill method or pallet plan may still be appropriate.
