CORRUGATED BOTTLE PACKAGING
A faster-to-form corrugated bottle box with a fitted divider layout for glass bottles that need defined spacing during packing and delivery.
The lock-bottom structure and the divider must be planned together. Bottle diameter, full height with cap, filled weight and bottles per box determine the board, base support, cell dimensions and packing sequence.
*After the structure, artwork and materials are confirmed. Transit is additional.
APPLICATION & ADVANTAGES
A multi-bottle corrugated box needs more than a strong outer shell. The divider cell, bottle clearance and bottom structure should work together so the packing team can repeat the same layout from order to order.
Confirm the filled bottle, cap height, bottles per shipper and delivery route first. This gives the sample a useful test brief rather than only a visual target.

PACKING SEQUENCE
An auto-lock bottom can simplify the box-forming step. The production sample should still confirm the complete action: form the base, place the divider, load the finished bottles and close the top.
Open the corrugated blank and check the lock-bottom closure sits fully in place.
Set the fitted divider so each bottle cell is aligned with the finished box.
Load the finished bottles, check clearance around closures, then close the top flaps.

PRODUCT FAQ
These answers focus on bottle protection and auto-lock bottom corrugated structures. Use the support guide for general ordering, artwork, payment and production questions.
Send the finished bottle diameter, full height with cap or closure, filled weight, quantity per box and a photo of the bottle. These details define the box footprint, board choice and divider layout.
An automatic lock bottom forms a closed base when the corrugated box is opened for packing. It can help make repetitive packing more efficient, while final suitability depends on the filled bottle weight and complete packing configuration.
Yes. A divider can create individual cells for multiple bottles. The cell size, divider height and clearances should be sampled with the finished bottles and closures.
It can be planned for retail presentation, internal handling or shipping depending on board, print and packing requirements. Confirm the delivery route and any separate retail packaging before sampling.
