Measure the complete bottle
Provide the bottle width, depth and height with the cap fitted. Include the filled weight, cap or sprayer shape, and a clear photo from more than one angle. These details help define the box dimensions and the insert contact points; an empty bottle can behave differently from a filled one.
Map every item in the set
For a gift set or discovery set, list every bottle, vial, card, accessory and leaflet that must sit inside. Note the quantity and dimensions of each item, along with the preferred arrangement. This avoids approving an outer box that cannot accommodate the complete presentation.
Share artwork and finish direction
Send available logo files, brand colour references, dieline requirements and reference images. Identify which surfaces need artwork, including any inside-lid message or interior print. If artwork is not finished, describe the intended visual direction and the finishes you want to discuss, such as foil, embossing or a soft-touch surface.
Define what the sample must confirm
State whether the sample is intended to confirm structural fit, insert hold, material, print colour, finish, opening experience or the complete presentation. These are different questions. Confirming them in advance helps the sample review stay focused and helps avoid treating an early structural sample as a final printed approval.
Typical sample production is estimated at 3–5 days after the structure, details and artwork required for that sample are confirmed. Exact timing depends on the agreed specification.
Include quantity and delivery information
Share the expected order quantity, destination country, postcode where available and target launch date. Production and transit are separate parts of the schedule. Our minimum order quantity starts at 100 pieces; typical bulk production is estimated at 10–15 days after the required approval. Freight timing depends on the destination and shipping plan.
