List the complete set

Record every product, card, accessory and protective component that needs to sit inside the final gift. Include dimensions, weight, photos and preferred orientation. A multi-item set should be planned as one arrangement rather than separate items placed into an oversized box.

Plan what the recipient sees first

Decide whether the first moment is a message card, a hero product, a balanced grid or a layered reveal. This choice guides the structure, inside-lid presentation and insert layout.

Give each item a defined place

Products with different shapes and weights can be organized with EVA, paperboard, molded pulp or divider layouts. The useful approach depends on the actual products, desired removal and presentation direction. See materials and insert options for the starting comparison.

Set the brand hierarchy

Choose where the logo, message, card, print and finish should appear. The package does not need every brand element on every surface; a clear sequence can make the set easier to understand and more enjoyable to open.

Prepare the distribution brief

Explain whether sets are assembled in bulk, stored flat, delivered to one location or sent individually. The outer packing configuration should be discussed alongside the presentation box, particularly for a multi-item set.
