How is a foldable rigid box different from a fixed rigid box?
It is supplied flat before assembly through scored or V-grooved rigid panels. A fixed rigid box keeps its final shape at all times. Sampling confirms the assembly method, closure and product fit.
What information do you need for an accurate quote?
Send product dimensions and weight, quantity, box type or reference image, artwork status, desired finish, insert requirements, detailed delivery address and target launch timing.
Can you help if I do not have finished artwork?
Yes. Send your logo, product dimensions, brand direction and reference images. We can help organize the structure, insert layout and basic visual direction before final artwork is prepared.
How long do samples and bulk orders take?
Sample production is usually estimated at 3–5 days after structure, size and logo are confirmed. Bulk production is usually estimated at 10–15 days after sample or artwork approval. Transit is additional.
How does sampling protect the final project?
A physical sample lets you check product fit, opening experience, paper, color and finishing before bulk production. For glass or delicate products, the sample should be checked together with the selected insert and shipping carton plan.
Can sample cost be credited back after a bulk order?
Sample cost depends on size, structure, materials, printing, insert and finish. For suitable bulk orders, we can discuss whether part or all of the sample cost can be credited before sampling is approved.
Do you provide international delivery and DDP quotations?
Yes. Send the delivery country, detailed address, quantity and preferred shipping method. We can review a door-to-door DDP quotation where available, including freight, customs clearance and duty-related costs.
Can rigid boxes ship directly to customers?
A rigid presentation box is usually packed into an outer corrugated shipper for transport. Direct-to-customer suitability depends on product fragility, outer carton design, carrier requirements and the destination.
